Charles's law tells us that at constant pressure, the volume of an ideal gas is proportional to its temperature. Therefore, for two different states 1 and 2 of the same gas, at constant pressure,
`V_2 / T_2 = V_1 / T_1`

T1: temperature in state 1 in Kelvin
V2: volume in state 2 in cubic meter
